WTF Wednesday | 5 Weirdest Real Book Titles

It is that time again for my fortnightly WTF Wednesday post! These have been so fun so far, do let me know if you have any cool wtf Wednesday ideas, I actually love doing research for this stuff so it’ll definitely keep me interested.

Today, I bring some strange, weird and just wtf book titles of books that actually exist.

Let us begin!

1. Bombproof Your Horse.

I swear I thought it said bombproof your house and it made sense for a second but NO IT’S HORSE. WHAT EVEN. I fear for any horses that were part of the so-called ‘research’ into writing this book.

2. Learning to Play with A Lion’s Testicles: Unexpected Gifts from the Animals of Africa.

Humans are cruel. We are so cruel. Those poor lions and they could only roar T_T so far in this list of super weird ones, animals are involved and it hurts me. Seriously though, was this author really THAT bored in Africa? Go ride an elephant you fool.

3. Eating People is Wrong.

Oh, WOW. I had no idea. Please tell me more. Hannibal obviously wasn’t the best teacher.

4. How Green Were the Nazis?: Nature, Environment, and Nation in the Third Reich.

I can see it you know. Hitler driving a Prius while saluting to his brethren. This is definitely an important topic to research, so much more interesting than the mass murdering and genocide from that time period.

5. The Do-It-Yourself Lobotomy: Open Your Mind to Greater Creative Thinking

I’m pretty sure Lobotomies are procedures that have a strict “Do Not Try This At Home” policy. I remember watching Sucker Punch and wondering what it was, and if you didn’t know, it involved stabbing your brain through your eye socket. I’ll take a pass on that one, just give me a copy of Chinese for Dummies instead.

I am…baffled. That’s the word. Baffled with honest WTF for these book titles. Like…WHAT?! The funny thing is, there are many many many more books with the weirdest af titles out there like these. And they are all published, REAL books (from Amazon but that’s totally legit I’m sure). 5 was just the top of the iceberg, so let me know if you’d like me to list some more in one of the future WTF Wednesdays.
