Truffles is back!
It has been an action-packed couple of months this spring in Australia. I finally finished my last semester of university and went on an amazing holiday to Seoul, South Korea. My trip was amazing. I loved it.
It ended up being a huge workout because we went shopping and sightseeing, struggling with practising our choppy Korean with locals, walking so much that my feet were bruised by halfway through (tad painful but worth it). I’m not sure whether I’ll upload photos from my trip on my blog but you can find some that I did post up during the trip on my personal Instagram (@trufflelives). More will likely go up soon as I reminisce my time there. It was definitely an amazing trip that inspired me to be more motivated and get back into my hobbies – not just reading when I get home but, skincare & makeup, stationary, journalling and learning languages (more on that on future blog posts!)
Needless to say, my reading slumped quite a bit because I was so busy – however, I do still have a wrap-up for you! Here is my September, October and early November (basically Spring) wrap-up.

So, November…
Since we’re still a week away from December, I’m hoping to finish the two books I’m currently reading – but due to finishing my last assignments and going away to Korea, I haven’t read much at all. And that’s okay. I’m feeling so much better and less stressed and to be honest, way more enthusiast about my reading for the future in 2020 and beyond.
Total Books: 1 (hopefully 3 soon!)

Pillow Thoughts III: Mending the Mind by Courtney Peppernell

What I Watched in Spring
During my last few weeks at university (before my holiday), I became slightly obsessed with one K-Drama (not Rookie Historian, I’m still slowly getting through that one!) but Sky Castle. It was AMAZING. And I think I’m actually going to do a full review of this K-Drama next month. I highly recommend it, it is officially one of my favs and I can totally see why this K-Drama broke the record for the highest viewer ratings in Korea.

December TBR & My Blogging Plans
I have things planned everybody, many plans – particularly for December. My TBR is, unfortunately, something I’m still working on and will announce a little later along with my bold December plans. Stay tuned!
I’m so glad to be back to blogging, reading, working on my design commissions (I haven’t forgotten you!) and all the other aspects of my life I’d like to improve now that university is no longer a burden. Do let me know over social media of any blog posts you’d like from me if you have any and tell me what I’ve missed the last few months!! I almost kicked myself when I realised that so many of my highly anticipated releases were out already and I just was not ready xD
PS: the photo featured was taken by me at this beautiful place called Gyeongui Line Book Street in Hongdae, Seoul (South Korea).
Until next time,
